Supporter Engagement Assistant, where you'll be the first point of contact for supporters, providing outstanding service while helping to support people experiencing homelessness.

Job Details

Location: London (Hybrid)

Hours: Full Time - 35 hours per week

Pay: £31,000 - £32,000 per annum (DOE)

Working Days: Monday to Friday

Key Responsibilities

Respond to supporter enquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels.

Provide excellent customer service and resolve queries efficiently.

Maintain accurate supporter records and process donations and administrative tasks.

Handle complaints professionally and ensure timely resolutions.

Work collaboratively with internal teams to deliver a positive supporter experience.

Ensure all records are maintained in line with GDPR and organisational policies.

Requirements

Previous experience in a customer service, supporter care, or administrative role.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong organisational skills with great attention to detail.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Confident using Microsoft Office and CRM/database systems.

A positive, proactive approach with a genuine passion for helping others.
