Summary
Oxford University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an exceptional senior operational leader to join us as Deputy Director of Elective Care. This is a pivotal Trust-wide role with responsibility for leading elective care improvement workstreams and driving sustained delivery against local, national and contractual performance standards, including Referral to Treatment, Cancer and Diagnostics.
The Deputy Director of Elective Care is a pivotal member of the COO leadership team. Working at the heart of a complex and high-profile operational environment, you will build strong collaborative relationships with clinical and divisional teams while maintaining an objective, constructive focus on performance, productivity and pathway improvements. You will act with autonomy in interpreting NHS policy and strategy, shaping goals and standards across the Trust and influencing the elective care agenda across the wider care system.
