- £38,478 per annum depending on qualifications and experience, plus excellent benefits  Ready to impact a better future?As an Electrical Craftsperson in our healthcare estates team, you’ll help ensure critical hospital infrastructure operates safely, reliably, and efficiently – supporting an environment where patient care can thrive every day.Your work will directly contribute to a positive impact on communities by maintaining essential electrical systems that healthcare professionals depend on. From preventative maintenance to urgent repairs, you’ll play a key role in keeping services running smoothly and safely, helping to protect both people and the future of the estate. What you’ll do as an Electrical CraftspersonYou’ll be entrusted to:

-    Carry out reactive repairs, fault finding, servicing, commissioning, and maintenance across a wide range of plant, services, and equipment

-    Complete planned preventative maintenance to ensure reliability and compliance

-    Maintain high standards of safety, efficiency, and workmanship across all tasks

-    Identify faults, escalate issues, and request parts or support when required

-    Follow all policies, procedures, workplace regulations, and best practice guidelines

-    Accurately complete work orders and documentation using internal system

-    Proven experience in electrical maintenance within a complex environment

-    Strong fault-finding skills and the ability to work independently

-    A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement Vetting and checksA Standard DBS check will be carried out for this position. This includes spent and unspent convictions, cautions, reprimands, and warnings as permitted under the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act.
