Brook Street Social Care is currently recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced
Deputy Manager to join a
newly renovated Children's Residential Home in Purley.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a
small, dedicated team that places the
welfare and best interests of children at the heart of everything they do. The home has recently received an
OFSTED rating of 'Good' with Outstanding Leadership & Management, and the team is now looking for a passionate and committed Deputy Manager to help drive the next stage of development.
About the Home
The
four-bedded children's home provides a
supportive, family-style environment for young people aged
9-18 (male and female) with
social, emotional and behavioural needs.
The service is committed to providing young people with meaningful opportunities including:

Working closely with the
Registered Manager and senior leadership team, you will play a key role in shaping the development of the service and ensuring the highest standards of care.

Deputy Manager or Senior role within a Children's Residential Home
Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD)

communication and teamwork abilities
Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Residential Childcare
on a rota basis, including some evenings and weekends

Experience Required
Minimum
2 years' experience working in an OFSTED-regulated Residential Children's Home.
