Prepare and cook nutritional meals for 20 care home residents. Making drinks throughout the day and helping care staff. Cleaning and putting away following meals. Duties will also include cleaning of kitchen facilities / fridges and pantry. Preparation of shopping lists for manager and help in compiling seasonal menus.
