When I have confidence in the people around me I am a very laidback, fun-loving, easy-going person and I'm happy to give most things a shot, indoors or outdoors. I love music and dance, swimming, trampolining and or even unwinding in my flat, doing a bit of baking or some arts and crafts. I thrive on fun and interaction and I'm at my best when I feel well-supported and understood.
I am looking for a team of people who are caring, compassionate, patient and most importantly, willing to take the time to get to really know and understand me. I am non-verbal so it is very important to me that my staff have strong clear verbal communication skills as well as a desire to get to know my own ways of communication.
