Summary
Transport clinicians safely and punctually between patients homes and agreed service bases. Plan routes and respond flexibly to changes in the visiting schedule. Keep the vehicle clean, roadworthy and appropriately insured for business use. Support the safe transport of small items of clinical equipment where required. Maintain patient confidentiality and professional boundaries at all times. Communicate delays, incidents or concerns promptly to the service team. Complete any required induction, safeguarding, information governance and lone-working training.
