Key Responsibilities:

Provide high-quality care to residents in a comfortable and safe environment.

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.

Work closely with the nursing and care team to develop and implement individual care plans.

Ensure the health and well-being of all residents, promoting dignity, respect, and independence.

Maintain accurate records in accordance with regulatory guidelines and company policies.

Offer support and advice to families and residents to ensure their needs are met.

Requirements:

Valid NMC registration and Nursing qualification.

Previous experience in a nursing or care home setting is preferred, but not essential.

A compassionate, dedicated, and professional approach to care.

Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.

A commitment to delivering person-centred care and ensuring the highest standards of care are met.
