Summary

The Ilex Wood is a growing British natural skincare company based in Weedon Bec, Northamptonshire. We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Manufacturing Operative to join our friendly production team.

This is a practical, hands-on role making our natural skincare products from raw ingredients through to the finished product. Duties include accurately weighing ingredients, following formulations, mixing and heating ingredients, hand pouring and filling products, operating simple production equipment, checking finished products for quality and maintaining clean and hygienic production areas.

No previous cosmetics experience is necessary as full training will be provided. Experience in manufacturing, food production, catering, bakery or a professional kitchen would be particularly relevant, as many of the skills are directly transferable.

The role is Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm, with no weekend working. National Minimum Wage to start, with a pay review after six months.
