Summary

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Pre-School Room Leader / Lead Practitioner to join a professional Early Years setting in Lambeth, London.

The successful candidate will lead high-quality EYFS practice, mentor and support staff, and help create an engaging learning environment inspired by Montessori principles and outdoor learning. The role also includes supporting garden projects and building strong relationships with parents and the wider community.

Salary: £28,000–£30,000 per annum, negotiable

Hours: Full-time

Contract: Term-time-only pro-rata option available
