Summary
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Deputy Nursery Manager to support the day-to-day running of a professional Early Years setting. This is a room-based leadership role, with some afternoons dedicated to supporting with paperwork and administrative responsibilities.
The role would be particularly suitable for candidates with previous Nursery Manager experience who are looking to continue developing their leadership career. Strong candidates may be considered for a negotiated salary.
Salary: £32,000–£34,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience. Negotiable for strong candidates.
Hours: 40 hours per week – Full-time
Shifts: Between 7:30am and 6:00pm
Working pattern: Open to a 4-day working week
Role type: Room-based, with some afternoons supporting with paperwork
