Summary

We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Bodyshop Customer Service Advisor to join our client’s well-established Bodyshop in Slough, Berkshire. This is an excellent Bodyshop Customer Service Advisor opportunity for a professional with automotive customer service experience to progress their career within a reputable organisation.

Benefits:

- Up to £32,000 salary, dependent on experience

- Monday to Friday working hours from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm

- 42.5-hour work week

- Rare requirement to work Saturdays

Duties of a Bodyshop Customer Service Advisor:

- Completing all relevant paperwork for vehicle repair orders accurately and efficiently

- Maintaining an up-to-date and detailed customer and vehicle database

- Liaising professionally with customers and insurance companies to facilitate smooth repair processes

- Managing and controlling credit and outstanding debts through effective invoice tracking

- Ensuring high standards of housekeeping and orderly administration of all responsibilities

- Providing excellent customer service and handling enquiries with professionalism

- Supporting workshop operations by ensuring all documentation and communication are maintained to a high standard

Requirements of a Bodyshop Customer Service Advisor:

- Proven experience working as a Customer Service Advisor within an automotive bodyshop environment

- Strong administration skills and attention to detail

- Knowledge of vehicle repair processes and vehicle insurance procedures

- Exceptional communication and organisational skills

- Ability to work effectively within a team and on own initiative

- Motor trade experience is essential

- Proficiency with automotive CRM systems and Microsoft Office packages

- Professional and friendly attitude in dealing with clients and colleagues
