We are seeking a skilled and experienced SMART Repairer to join a reputable franchised dealership in Worcester. Duties of a SMART Repairer:

- Carry out a wide range of cosmetic vehicle repairs, including stripping, refurbishing, and refitting components

- Complete all aspects of SMART repairs in line with manufacturer standards

- Ensure repairs meet quality and safety standards

- Work efficiently alongside a team of skilled Bodyshop Technicians as a SMART Repairer

- Adhere to health and safety guidelines, including the use of PPE

- Maintain high standards of workmanship and attention to detail

- Provide excellent customer service within the dealership environment

Requirements of a SMART Repairer:

- Previous experience in cosmetic repair, SMART repair, or accident repair is essential

- Strong attention to detail and pride in delivering high-quality results

- Ability to work efficiently within a team as a SMART Repairer

- Good understanding of manufacturer repair procedures and standards

- Commitment to health and safety protocols

- Experience working within a bodyshop environment is advantageous
