TeacherActive is proud to be working with a secondary school in Swansea in their search for an English Teacher. The school is looking for a passionate and committed teacher who can engage pupils, encourage a love of English and create a positive learning environment.
The school is looking to take on an English Teacher from September, with full-time, part-time, short-term, long-term and permanent opportunities available. The successful English Teacher will be expected to deliver engaging English lessons, manage classroom behaviour effectively and support pupils to make strong academic progress.
The successful English Teacher will have:
QTS with an English specialism
Experience teaching English within a secondary school setting
Strong knowledge of the secondary English curriculum
â Excellent classroom management skills
Strong communication and organisational skills
A positive and adaptable approach to teaching
