Summary

About You We are looking for an experienced information governance professional who can demonstrate: Essential Criteria Significant experience in Information Governance, Data Protection, Health Records, Information Management, or a related field. Extensive knowledge of: UK GDPR Data Protection Act 2018 Common Law Duty of Confidentiality Information sharing legislation and NHS guidance Experience managing complex disclosure requests and sensitive information. Experience supporting legal, regulatory, or investigative information requests. Experience leading, managing, and developing teams. Strong analytical and decision-making skills with attention to detail. Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. Desirable Criteria Professional qualification in Information Governance, Data Protection, Health Records, or Information Management. NHS experience within an acute healthcare environment. Knowledge of electronic patient records and clinical information systems. Experience working with legal services, coroners, external investigators, or regulatory bodies.
