Summary

For further information on this role, please see the attached detailed Job Description and Person Specification Organise and maintain departmental resident doctors orientation and training records. Liaise with Education Lead and College Tutor, Royal College of Radiologists and Deanery regarding training matters. Deal with confidential reports and correspondence Compile Clinical Oncology Consultant on-call Rotas every six months and update and circulate revised rotas Meet and assist with the local induction of all new Clinical Oncology resident doctors starting at the Trust Arrange office space in the Oak centre, Sutton and Chelsea basement in Granard House. Arrange office space for visiting medical staff and overseas trainees to the department when required Arrange IT training, Epic training and BEACON training, ID badges, Radiation Protection badges TLDs) for all Clinical Oncology resident doctors Support and help manage Radiotherapy Induction sessions Local induction is held in the first week of each new rotation, over 2 days (subject to change). The Regional induction includes all new South London Clinical Oncology trainees and is held over 3 days. Support the Local RMH induction and mandatory training. This includes liaising with the Education Lead to organise the programme and speakers (Radiographers/Physics), booking rooms and video-links and ensuring workbooks are printed and handed out as appropriate.
