Summary

Demonstrate clinical practice expertise in drug development by working alongside nurses on the WWCRC Assess the development needs of staff nurses and with the Ward sister of WWCRC write a professional development plan to enable them to gain clinical competence in cancer setting and increase their awareness of the evidence underpinning practice and how to use it in their daily work. Maintaining personal clinical competence, credibility and professional development in line with the NMC requirements Participating in the Clinical Education Team meetings Participating in interviewing for recruitment activities as required. Supporting other members of the Clinical Education team in the development of newly qualified nurses within the Trust
