Summary

Job Description

Working in a hybrid style, based at home and at Dundee House office, you will work part time, 22.2 hours per week on a temporary basis until June 2027.

Requirements

You will be a Member of RICS with post qualification experience; and the ability to obtain RICS Accredited Valuer status.

Responsibilities

You will assist the Team Leader (Estates) in the provision of an effective and efficient property management service for both leased and vacant land and buildings. The role will encompass handling leasehold transactions including rent reviews, lease renewals and lettings together with undertaking valuations and any other general estates surveying work.

The Individual

You will have proven experience working in Commercial Property Management, considerable experience of undertaking rent review and lease renewal negotiations along with experience of undertaking both rental and capital valuations of handling negotiations in relation to property transactions.

You will have knowledge and use of Property Management databases, experience of dealing with property related legal issues and the ability to work in a structured environment.

You will have good written and oral communication skills along with the ability to solve problems and good attention to detail and to think clearly and logically.

A current driving licence is required.
