Level 3 Nursery Practitioner – Brand New Nursery Setting!
£28,000 – £31,000 per annum
40 hours per week, All Year Round

Our client is looking for a dedicated Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join their growing team and help create a warm, engaging, and high-quality early years experience for every child.
What Our Client Is Looking For
Level 3 Early Years qualification – essential
Experience working in an early years setting – essential
Experience working with children across the full age range from babies to pre-school
A caring, nurturing approach with a genuine passion for early years education
Enthusiasm for outdoor learning and supporting children’s independence
A positive, reliable team player with a proactive attitude
Good communication skills when working with families and colleagues

Key Responsibilities
Providing high-quality care and education for children within your room
Supporting the planning and delivery of engaging, play-based activities in line with EYFS
Creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment
Encouraging outdoor play and helping children explore and learn through nature
Building strong relationships with children, families, and team members
Observing, assessing, and recording children’s development
Ensuring safeguarding and health & safety procedures are followed at all times
