Summary
Operational Control Centre Coordinator
What You'll Be Doing
As an Operational Coordinator, you will:
-Help manage international moves from the point they are booked through to completion.
-Monitor the progress of jobs to make sure they stay on track and meet agreed timelines.
-Work as part of a team providing support across a 24-hour operation.
-Spot potential problems or delays and help find solutions to keep services running smoothly.
-Keep customers, colleagues, and clients informed of any updates, changes, or delays.
-Receive and prioritise requests for removals and relocation services.
-Check information is accurate and complete, contacting customers where details are missing.
-Create, update, and maintain records using company systems.
-Ensure any changes or cancellations are passed to the right teams quickly.
-Keep information up to date so everyone has access to the latest job status.
-Be the first point of contact for customer questions and help resolve issues where possible.
-Use vehicle tracking systems to monitor journeys and movements.
-Report any incidents or concerns to management promptly.
-Work closely with colleagues across different teams to ensure customers receive a smooth and reliable service.
