Job Title: Customer Representative - Collections, North Region

Salary: Market Rate

Hours: Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week

At The Pallet LOOP, we're changing the way construction pallets are recovered and reused.

As the UK's Net Zero deposit pallet solution, we're helping create a more sustainable construction supply chain while delivering

real value to customers.

About the role

We're looking for a motivated and relationship-driven Customer Representative to join our Collections team. This is an exciting

field-based role where you'll build strong partnerships with builders' merchants, house builders, distributors and other key

supply chain businesses, helping to grow pallet collections across your region.

Working closely with the Sales Director – Collections and wider team, you'll promote The Pallet LOOP, grow customer engagement and

help deliver regional collection targets.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

* Develop and maintain strong relationships with builders' merchants, house builders, distributors and other key supply chain

partners.

* Promote the benefits of The Pallet LOOP, encouraging customers to maximise pallet returns and increase participation in the

collection programme.

* Proactively manage and follow up customer leads, ensuring every opportunity is progressed in a timely manner.

* Deliver regional sales campaigns that drive pallet collection growth and customer engagement.

* Work closely with the Sales Director – Collections and manufacturer sales teams to identify and maximise collection

opportunities.

* Support customers in transitioning from Scott Pallets' recovery service to The Pallet LOOP where appropriate.

* Report all collection activity via the CRM system.

* Provide regular reporting on regional performance, identifying opportunities, challenges and recommendations for continued

growth.

* Collaborate with colleagues across the business to solve customer challenges and continuously improve collection performance.

* Key Deliverables

* Increased pallet collections and regional growth.

* Strong customer relationships through regular site visits.

* Successful delivery of sales campaigns.

* Effective lead management and CRM accuracy.

* Contribution to business and collection targets.

About You

You'll be customer-focused, proactive and enjoy building relationships. Field sales experience is helpful but not essential—we'll

provide training and support.

You'll have:

* Customer-facing, sales or field-based experience (desirable).

* Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

* Good organisation and territory management skills.

* A proactive, commercially aware approach.

* Confidence engaging with stakeholders.

* Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.

* A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel extensively.

Experience within construction, builders' merchants or manufacturing is beneficial but not essential.

Who we are:

The Pallet Loop, a member of the BSW Group, are incentivising pallet returns via a cost-effective, easy-to-use, returnable pallet

system, we provide the construction industry with a simple, circular approach to pallet use that’s greener, leaner, safer,

smarter.

Shifting the sector from the linear practice of ‘deliver, distribute and discard’ to the more sustainable model of ‘recover,

repair, reuse’, we’re actively eliminating avoidable pallet waste from the building materials supply chain.

Founded by some of the biggest names in the UK pallet industry, The Pallet Loop is transforming the way building materials are

distributed across Great Britain and Ireland.
