Summary

About the RoleMorley College London is seeking an experienced Mental Health and Wellbeing Co-ordinator to support students with safeguarding, mental health and wellbeing needs.You will respond to safeguarding concerns, carry out risk assessments, maintain accurate case records and make referrals to external services where appropriate. You will also provide short-term one-to-one and group wellbeing support, develop student resources, support wellbeing events and contribute to staff awareness and training.Working with colleagues and external organisations, you will help strengthen referral pathways and support the College’s wider safeguarding and wellbeing agenda.About youYou will have significant experience in a mental health, wellbeing or safeguarding role, together with a Level 3 safeguarding qualification or equivalent relevant experience.You will be confident assessing and recording needs, managing sensitive information and maintaining professional boundaries.
