As our High Level Teaching Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that every student can access an outstanding education, regardless of their starting point or individual needs.This is far more than a support role. You will be a key member of our SEND team, working alongside the SENDCo, teachers, pastoral colleagues and families to ensure students receive the guidance, interventions and encouragement they need to flourish academically, socially and emotionally.
