Salary:£28,000 per annum
Location:Moulton Park, Northampton (office-based)
Hours:Monday to Friday, 9:00am-5:00pm (35 hours per week)

About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Sales & Service Administrator to join a growing medical technology business.
This varied role sits at the heart of the operation, supporting both customers and field service engineers while ensuring orders, deliveries and service activities run smoothly. You'll be the key link between customers, engineers and internal teams, helping to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Process customer orders using SAGE 200 and Microsoft 365
- Provide professional customer support via phone and email
- Coordinate service activities and support field engineers
- Liaise with customers regarding orders, deliveries and service visits
- Manage stock records and assist with stock takes
- Pick, pack and dispatch medical equipment when required
- Produce shipping labels and documentation, including international shipments
- Support invoicing and payment follow-ups
- Maintain accurate records and resolve customer queries efficiently
About You
You will be organised, adaptable and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same.
Ideally, you will have:
- Previous experience in sales administration, customer service or service coordination
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- A professional and confident telephone manner
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
- Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office
- A positive, team-focused approach
- The ability to undertake occasional warehouse duties, including lifting and carrying equipment
Experience of SAGE 200 or a similar ERP system would be beneficial, although training can be provided.

Previous experience as a Sales Administrator, Service Administrator, Customer Service Administrator, Service Coordinator, Sales Support Administrator or Operations Administrator would be highly advantageous.
