About the Role
We are looking for a motivated, enthusiastic and experienced Matching Social Worker to join our Referral Hubs team.
In this rewarding role, you will be responsible for identifying safe, stable and well-matched fostering placements for children and young people. Working closely with Referral Coordinators, Supervising Social Workers, foster carers and Local Authorities, you will gather and assess information, complete matching assessments and risk assessments and ensure children receive the right support to achieve positive outcomes.
Who we are looking for
We're looking for a qualified Social Worker with experience in fostering or children's social care, who has excellent assessment, communication and relationship-building skills. You'll be confident making informed decisions, managing competing priorities and working collaboratively with a range of internal and external stakeholders.
