Summary

We have an opportunity available for a Adult and Children and Young Person's Clinicial Supervisor to join the team at Beacon Counselling in Stockport, SK1 3DL.

This role involves providing flexible support for both remote and face-to-face clinicial supervision sessions.

Salary: £14,578.20 per annum

Hours: 15 weekly

Responsibilities

You will provide high-quality clinical supervision to Beacon Counselling working in accordance with and promoting our values in all aspects of your work.

Key responsibilities include:

Working alongside the Divisional Management Team to ensure good standards of practice across all services

Responding to clinical queries and advise on service development

Providing supervision to counsellors, volunteer and placement counsellors at Beacon

Managing your own case records

Acting as a resource for counsellors and front-line workers by dealing with day-to-day queries relating to practice and other clinical matters

Qualifications

You must be a member of BACP or other recognised body, committing to continuing professional development. A Level 4 qualification in counselling and counselling supervision is required for this role.

You must have at least 2 years post-qualification practice as a counselling supervisor and have demonstrable experience o dealing with a wide range of safeguarding issues.
