KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Provide personal care and support to the individual's varying needs.
2. Assist with daily living activities including dressing, bathing, personal care, eating, drinking and occasional meal preparation
3. Domestic support with household chores during shifts
4. To support the individual to maintain independence and dignity.
5. Foster a safe, respectful, and caring environment.
6. Support to attend medical/hospital appointments.
