Summary

A Vacancy at Birmingham and Solihull Mental Health NHS Foundation Trust.

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and experienced administrator. The successful post holder will be responsible for providing high level administrative support to the Mental Health, Learning Disabilities and Autism Team, providing a comprehensive support service with a range of administrative and IT skills and knowledge of procedures, protocols and function. The post holder will organise Care (Education) and Treatment Reviews (C(E)TRs) and programme meetings, ensuring that data systems are kept up to date and accurate. 

The post holder is expected to work flexibly to ensure that a high quality administrative and support service is maintained at all times. They will provide administrative support to the Mental Health, Learning Disabilities and Autism Team including;

• Organising C(E)TRs 

• supporting programme meetings 

• Developing databases and updating system records 

• supporting invoicing processes

• ensuring records are kept up to date 

• maintaining an oversight of a shared inbox and prompt response to content
