Summary

Our client, a reputable automotive workshop located in Harlow, Essex, is seeking a highly skilled MET Technician to join their team. This role offers stability, professional development, and competitive remuneration for experienced motor trade professionals.

Duties of an MET Technician:

- Conduct estimates, repairs, and diagnostics on a wide range of vehicles

- Service and maintain vehicles to high industry standards

- Perform electrical diagnostics and repairs related to auto electrics and MET systems

- Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and industry standards

- Manage workshop productivity while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction

- Document and report on work completed accurately and efficiently

Requirements of an MET Technician:

- Proven experience as an MET Technician or Auto Electrician

- Strong understanding of automotive systems, especially MET and electrical components

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills

- Relevant qualifications or certifications in automotive repair or diagnostics

- Good communication skills and a proactive approach to customer service
