Summary

We have immediate inductions available for our client at Alfreton. A great opportunity to earn a great rate with overtime after 8 hours.
The duties within this Class 1 role include
• Completing temperature controlled deliveries
• Sealing and unsealing back doors
• Monitoring the refrigeration unit
• Reporting temperature issues to the depot
• Trunking to RDC or NDC, no multi drop
• Coupling and uncoupling trailers
• Supervising unloading / loading (no Manual Handling)
• Maintaining delivery records
The ideal candidate for this role will need:
- A full UK Drivers Licence with a C+E entitlement.
- A minimum of 12 months continuous experience driving articulated lorries in the UK
- a Digital Tacho Card (Digicard)
- a valid Driver CPC Card
- a strong and coherent understanding of driver’s working hours and working time directive.
You must not have anymore than 6 points on your licence.
Immediate start, and an ongoing contract
We can cover 4 or 5 shifts out of the 7 days. Whichever is suitable.
Start times from 0500 through to 1600.
Lots of flexibility to suit your requirements
Umbrella - £20.25 per hour, Overtime after 9 hours paid at £26 per hour
PAYE £16.43 per hour. Overtime after 9 hours paid at £21.85 per hour.
