Main Responsibilities As a Community Nurse, you will provide holistic nursing care to patients and their families within their own homes and community settings. You will play a vital role in supporting individuals to remain independent, promoting wellbeing, and delivering care that meets the highest professional standards. Working closely with colleagues across a large multidisciplinary team, you will contribute to delivering safe, effective, and compassionate care, ensuring patients receive a positive experience throughout their healthcare journey. The Ideal Candidate Registered Nurse (NMC Registered) Frontline community care experience Evidence of ongoing clinical and professional development Strong clinical assessment, planning, and communication skills Ability to manage workload effectively and maintain high standards of care under pressure A flexible and professional approach to patient-centred care You must hold a full UK driving licence and have access to a vehicle suitable for business use.
