What you will bring to the role We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated registered midwife with significant post-registration experience and a commitment to professional development. You will have: Current NMC registration as a Midwife. Experience supporting, teaching and developing midwives in clinical practice. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A passion for education, mentorship and workforce development. Experience facilitating learning and delivering training programmes. The ability to build positive relationships across multidisciplinary teams. Strong organisational and time management skills. A commitment to quality improvement and evidence-based practice. The ability to support staff wellbeing and promote a positive learning culture. Leadership skills that inspire confidence, innovation and continuous improvement.
