Summary

Description We are seeking a highly motivated Clinical Pharmacist to join our team in North Liverpool PCN. As a Network Pharmacist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safe and effective use of medications, providing pharmaceutical care and expertise to patients, and collaborating with healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional patient outcomes. North Liverpool is the largest PCN in Liverpool with 21 practices and a weighted population size of approximately 150,000 patients. We have a large pharmacy team consisting of 14 pharmacists and 9 technicians. We offer supportive induction training to equip you with the skills and knowledge you need to become an effective member of the team. We also offer training and education to support you to develop further.
