MIG Welder – Temp to Perm | Newmarket | Up to £15.20 per HourLocation: Newmarket, CB8Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm (40 hours per week)Contract: Temp to PermPay: £14.20 per hour, increasing to £15.20 per hour after successfully completing your probationWe're currently recruiting for an experienced MIG Welder to join a well-established manufacturer in Newmarket. This is a fantastic temp-to-perm opportunity offering stable hours, overtime, and the chance to secure a permanent position.The RoleYou'll be responsible for welding and fabricating agricultural machinery components to a high standard, working from engineering drawings and ensuring all work meets quality and safety standards.Your duties will include:MIG welding and fabricating agricultural machinery componentsProducing high-quality weld assembliesReading and working from engineering drawingsOperating workshop machinery safely and efficientlyMaintaining workshop tools and equipmentKeeping your work area clean, tidy, and safeFollowing all company health and safety proceduresWorking closely with the production team to meet deadlinesSupporting the team with overtime during busy periodsWhat We're Looking ForPrevious MIG welding experience (essential)Ability to MIG weld to a high standardExperience reading and interpreting engineering drawingsExperience welding stainless steelGood attention to detail and pride in producing quality workA reliable, hardworking attitude with a strong focus on safetyWhat You'll Get£14.20 per hour, rising to £15.20 per hour after probationMonday to Friday working hours – no weekendsOvertime availableWeekly payTemp-to-perm opportunityImmediate start available for the right candidateIf you're an experienced MIG Welder looking for a long-term opportunity with excellent earning potential, apply today!
