Are you a compassionate and motivated Healthcare Worker looking to join a supportive and dynamic gynaecology team?

We are seeking an enthusiastic Health Care Support Worker to join our busy gynaecology ward, providing high-quality care to women undergoing a range of surgical and medical treatments. This is an exciting opportunity to work within a friendly multidisciplinary team dedicated to delivering safe, respectful, and patient-centred care.

Cley Gynaecology

Cley Gynaecology is 16-bedded gynaecology surgical ward with a gynaecology emergency pathway. We provide care and treatment for a wide range of patients with gynaecological conditions, including urogynaecology and oncology. We care for patients pre and post operatively. We also care for those experiencing early pregnancy complications including hyperemesis miscarriage and terminations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting patients with personal care and daily living activities

• Supporting registered nurses with clinical duties and patient observations

• Maintaining patient comfort, dignity, and privacy at all times

• Preparing equipment and ensuring a clean, safe ward environment

• Providing emotional support to patients and relatives

• Accurately documenting care and reporting concerns appropriately
