We have an exciting opportunity to join our Contact Centre Team at Yate Active Centre under a fixed term contract!

As a Contact Centre Advisor your duties will include...

• Providing an efficient and effective telephone answering service

• Answering queries from customers via email and the telephone

• Taking payments using Circadian Trust’s electronic point of sale system

• Have an excellent telephone manner

• Are friendly and enthusiastic about what you do!

• Have knowledge of IT applications including Outlook, Microsoft packages and booking systems.

Hours available:

29 hours per week available

Week 1

Wednesday 8.00am - 4.00pm

Thursday 8:00am - 4:00pm

Friday 10.00am - 6.00pm

Week 2

Tuesday 10.00am - 6.00pm

Wednesday 8:00am - 4:30pm

Thursday 10:00am - 6:00pm

Friday 10:00-6:00pm

Saturday 8:45 - 1:45pm
