As a
Level 2 Nursery Practitioner, you'll become part of a friendly team that's passionate about creating positive early years experiences and giving every child the strongest possible start in life.
What We're Looking For
Full and relevant
Level 2 Early Years qualification (or equivalent).
Previous experience working within a nursery or early years setting.
Good understanding of the EYFS framework and safeguarding requirements.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
A calm, caring, and enthusiastic approach.
A genuine passion for supporting children's learning and development.

Your Role
Deliver high-quality care and education in line with the EYFS framework.
Create engaging, play-based activities that encourage children's learning and development.
Support children's daily routines, promoting their wellbeing, independence, and confidence.
Observe, assess, and record children's progress to support their individual learning journeys.
Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
Maintain a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment where every child can flourish.
Follow safeguarding, health and safety, and nursery policies at all times.
Work collaboratively with the wider team to ensure consistently high standards of care and education.
