Summary
Experienced Production Operative – Night Shift
Location: Mirfield
Pay: £14.05 per hour
Shift: 22:15–06:15
We are currently recruiting
experienced Production Operatives on behalf of our client’s busy manufacturing site in Mirfield.
Please note: this is not an entry-level position. We are looking for candidates who can demonstrate a strong and recent work history, along with substantial experience within production, manufacturing, warehousing or a similarly fast-paced industrial environment.
This is an ongoing opportunity for dependable candidates who are comfortable working permanent night shifts and can demonstrate a consistent record of reliability and attendance.
Duties will include:
• Removing finished products from the production line.
• Packing and labelling products accurately to required quality standards.
• Carrying out visual quality checks.
• Reprocessing production waste using the waste picker.
• Helping to keep production running efficiently.
• Completing basic production paperwork.
• Cleaning machinery and maintaining a clean and organised working area.
• Following Health & Safety procedures at all times.
• Working as part of a team to achieve production and quality targets.
Essential requirements:
Applicants must be able to demonstrate:

Recent and substantial experience within production, manufacturing, warehousing or a similar industrial environment.

A strong and stable employment history, ideally covering the last three years.
• A proven record of reliability, punctuality and good attendance.
• The ability to work permanent night shifts of
22:15–06:15.
• Experience of working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• A good eye for detail and commitment to quality.
• The ability to follow instructions and Health & Safety procedures.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• A positive and dependable approach to work.
