Duties as Teaching Assistant:
- Supporting pupils on a one-to-one and small-group basis

- Supporting children with differing learning needs and abilities
- Promoting positive behaviour and emotional wellbeing
- Assisting with classroom preparation and organisation

Ideal Teaching Assistant:
- Previous experience working with children is desirable
- Experience within a school or educational setting is beneficial
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Patient, caring, and adaptable approach
