Summary

Seeking a dynamic and experienced Behaviour Mentor to join our client's dedicated team in Mansfield, Nottinghamshire. This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of young learners, guiding them towards academic and personal success.

As a Behaviour Mentor, you will be responsible for creating a safe and nurturing environment that empowers students to overcome behavioural challenges and reach their full potential. With a salary range of £115 - £130 per day, this full-time position offers a competitive remuneration package and the chance to contribute to a truly rewarding endeavour.

Your role will involve:

- Developing and implementing tailored behaviour support plans to address the unique needs of each student

- Providing one-on-one and small-group mentoring sessions, fostering positive relationships and instilling valuable life skills

- Collaborating with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure a cohesive and coordinated approach to student support

- Maintaining detailed records and contributing to the evaluation and improvement of the behaviour support programme

To be successful in this role, you will need:

- Extensive experience working with young people, preferably in an educational or social care setting

- A deep understanding of child and adolescent behaviour, as well as effective strategies for positive behaviour management

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with students, families, and colleagues

- A genuine passion for empowering young learners and a commitment to their holistic development
