New setting opening September 2026

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and organised Site Lead to launch and lead our brand-new after-school club at Bures Primary School.

This is a hands-on role where you’ll take responsibility for the day-to-day running of the club, leading a small team and creating a safe, engaging and welcoming environment for children aged 4–11.

With support from our central operations team, you’ll have the opportunity to shape a new provision and make a genuine difference in your local community.

What you’ll be doing

Leading a small after-school club in a primary school setting

Creating a safe, happy and inclusive environment for children

Supervising snack time and free play

Supporting positive behaviour and wellbeing

Liaising with parents and school staff

Completing basic safeguarding and admin tasks
