Hourly Rate: £14.50 – £15.00 per hour

About the Role

As a Nursery Assistant, you will support experienced nursery staff in delivering a fun, safe, and stimulating environment where children can flourish. You will assist with a variety of indoor and outdoor activities, encourage learning through play, help with daily routines, and ensure every child feels valued, supported, and included.

Key Responsibilities

Support children's learning and development through creative play and engaging activities

Help maintain a safe, caring, and inclusive nursery environment

Assist with daily routines, including mealtimes, activities, and personal care where appropriate

Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues

Work as part of a team to provide high-quality childcare

What We're Looking For

A genuine passion for working with young children

A positive, reliable, and enthusiastic attitude

Strong communication and teamwork skills

Previous nursery experience is desirable but not essential

Early Years qualifications are welcomed but not required
