Summary

Reliance Care Solutions Ltd is recruiting compassionate and experienced Senior Carers to provide high-quality, person-centred care to vulnerable adults in their own homes across the Birmingham region. The role involves overseeing and delivering care services, monitoring care plans changes, completing competency checks, and supporting care staff to maintain safe and effective care delivery.

Senior Carers will provide shadowing and guidance to new staff, support their induction and development, maintain accurate care records, record and manage complaints, complete incident reports, arrange team meetings, and assist with the initiation of new care packages. Successful applicants will demonstrate strong leadership, professionalism, and a commitment to delivering safe, dignified, and compassionate care.
