Role: Carer Support Worker
Are you passionate about supporting and helping children and adults live fulfilling lives in their communities?
We are looking for caring, reliable, and enthusiastic individuals to join our team providing replacement care and community support services to families across the local area.
The role involves supporting children, young people, adults, and older people with a range of care and support needs, enabling unpaid carers to take a break from their caring responsibilities.

Location requirement
You must currently live in the United Kingdom, with a base in Carmarthenshire County.

Main Duties
Providing support in people’s homes and in the community
Supporting individuals to access community opportunities, including social activities and outings
Assisting with daily living tasks and routines
Building positive, trusting relationships
Providing companionship and emotional support
Following care and support plans
Maintaining accurate records
We are looking for someone who:
Is caring, patient, and compassionate
Has good communication skills
Can work independently and as part of a team
Is flexible and reliable
Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (required), including business-use insurance
Experience
Experience in care or support work is welcome but not essential as full training will be provided.
We Offer
Competitive hourly rate of £13.45 to £13.90, depending on the task
Flexible working hours, 16 hours up to 40 hours
Paid training and induction
Mileage allowance of 45p per mile
