We are a UK grower and packer of strawberries and blackberries, also handling imported strawberries. As we move into the winter crop season, we're looking for reliable general workers to join our glasshouse, field, and packhouse teams.

This is genuinely hard physical work carried out in a working farm and packhouse environment, including cold conditions, standing for long periods, and repetitive manual tasks. It suits people who are fit, punctual, and happy to work as part of a team.

Depending on where you're placed, your day-to-day tasks may include:

- Picking and harvesting fruit in the glasshouse or field

- Sorting, grading, and packing fruit to quality standards

- Handling and preparing produce (including imported stock) for dispatch

- Moving trays, crates, and stock around the site

- Keeping your work area clean and tidy, following food hygiene and safety procedures

- Following instructions from supervisors and hitting daily targets
