Summary
Job Summary: Farm Worker
The Farm Worker will support the day-to-day operations, helping with the planting, growing, harvesting, handling and preparation of farm produce. The role includes working in fields, farm buildings and packing areas to ensure produce is handled safely, efficiently and to the required quality standards.
Duties may include maintaining crops, harvesting fresh white maize and other produce, sorting and grading products, packing customer orders, loading and unloading deliveries, cleaning work areas and equipment, and carrying out general farm maintenance. The Farm Worker must follow all health and safety, food hygiene, animal welfare and company procedures.
