Salary: £26,298.11 pro rata

Based at: Ammanford/Llanelli

Role Purpose: You will work with the Senior Service Manager and staff team to support individuals who experience serious mental illness and complex needs. The support is delivered with the aim of the whole Adferiad staff team encouraging and enabling clients to reach a greater level of independence and then to facilitate their move on to more independent living in the community.
