This is an excellent opportunity for an individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering efficient administrative support across multiple departments.
The Role
As an Office Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the business, ensuring that administrative processes run smoothly and efficiently. You will work closely with management, operational teams, engineers, and support staff to maintain accurate records and provide excellent internal and external customer service.

Key Responsibilities
Provide general administrative support to management and operational teams.
Answer incoming telephone calls and direct enquiries appropriately.
Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and post.
Maintain accurate company records, databases, and filing systems.
Process customer information and update company management systems.
Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and engineer visits.
Prepare reports, letters, and other business documents.
Process purchase orders, invoices, and supplier documentation.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive company and customer information.
Assist with compliance documentation and record keeping.
Order office supplies and ensure the office environment remains organised and professional.
Provide administrative support for company projects and operational activities.
