We are looking for a committed and inclusive Assistant Head of Year to join our team and establish positive relationships with students, parents, staff and external agencies in line with the school’s vision and values.

About the role:

The Assistant Head of Year establishes positive relationships with students, parents, staff and external agencies in line with the school’s vision and values. Supporting the Head of Year, this role includes leading and implementing high quality pastoral and safeguarding support, ensuring high attendance, identifying behavioral issues and finding strategies to intervene.
