Payrate: £18.54 - £21.22 per hour ( depending on qualifications)

We’re opening Ty Heulog in summer 2026, a brand-new, 32 bed purpose-built nursing home in Cardiff, and we’re looking for compassionate Registered Nurses to help shape our culture and deliver outstanding care from day one.

The role:
Assess physical, psychological and social needs and develop personalised care plans
Deliver high-quality nursing care that promotes dignity, independence and wellbeing
Review and update care plans to ensure safe, effective support
Lead and support colleagues on shift, helping teams thrive
